Notice to Bidders

Please be aware that if your bid is successful on auction day, the Reservation Fee (2% + VAT of the sale price) and Processing Fee (£125 + VAT Processing Fee) will taken immediately at the fall of the gavel (online hammer).

Exchange of contracts must happen after 28 days with the 10% deposit paid.  Completion must subsequently happen within the following 28 days.
