Notice to Bidders

Please be aware that if your bid is successful on auction day, the Reservation fee and processing fee of £2550.00  is taken immediately (if 2% of price is due, additional money taken over the phone) with the exchange of contracts must happen after 28 days with the 10% deposit paid.  Completion must subsequently happen within the following 28 days.
