Notice to Bidders

Please be aware that if your bid is successful on auction day, the Reservation and Processing Fees of £2,550.00 will be taken immediately (if 2% of the price is due, additional funds will be taken over the phone). Exchange of contracts must happen after 28 days with the 10% deposit paid.Completion must subsequently happen within the following 28 days.
